I chose to create a poster for a fictional Los Angeles Pride Festival, celebrating LGBTQ+ identity, visibility, and community. I chose this theme for its cultural relevance and the significance of Pride events in LA, which are widely recognized for their scale, energy, and impact.

Design decisions focused on vibrant color, bold typography, and inclusive imagery that captured the spirit of celebration while honoring the importance of representation.

I decided to illustrate caricatures of flowers because they capture individuality with playful exaggeration, creating a piece that feels joyful, affirming, and connected to community.
