Design branded signage inserts for Cal Lutheran’s Campus Bookstore to strengthen its visual identity and student engagement.

The goal was to create mounted graphics that would draw attention, reflect the university’s brand, and make students feel excited to explore merchandise and represent CLU. Design decisions focused on bold typography, school colors, and messaging that felt both spirited and welcoming.

Final Design:

With the illustrated design being favored over the photography-based options, I refined the design with the intention of making both the merchandise and environment more inviting. The final inserts tied the bookstore more closely to campus culture because of the branded design, transforming it into a destination for pride and community.
